Successful Closing: Knill Group holds one-third stake in Pankl Racing Systems AG
With the successful completion of the new ownership structure at Pankl Racing Systems AG, the Knill Group now holds one-third of the shares, marking a targeted strategic step to strengthen industrial expertise and innovation in Austria.
Christian Knill was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board, assuming a central role in the company’s future strategic development.
