Organization
The family-run Knill Gruppe is owned by Christian and Georg Knill and is divided into three legally independent divisions – Energy, Technology and Racing.
Knill Energy Holding GmbH and its subsidiaries and brands are active in energy transmission and distribution. In the Technology division – special machine construction – Rosendahl Nextrom GmbH and its subsidiaries serve the global battery, cable & wire and fiber optic industries. In the racing sector, the Knill Group holds a one-third stake in Pankl Racing Systems AG, a leading international supplier of high-performance components and system solutions for the motorsports, luxury automotive, and aviation industries.
