Knill Gruppe solutions are used wherever investments are made in energy, communications, and mobility infrastructure. The Knill Gruppe, now managed by the 12th generation, comprises two independently operating divisions: Energy and Technology.

Our systems optimize the transmission and distribution of electricity – from fittings and damping systems for high-voltage lines, components for substations and digital monitoring solutions to cable distribution cabinets and railway systems.
Production

For the industry of tomorrow.
In special machine construction, we develop and manufacture high-precision production systems for the battery, wire, cable and fiber optic industry. Our systems are used in the production of starter batteries, power cables and fiber optic cables for modern broadband internet, among other things.

Our roots go back to 1712, when Mosdorfer, the Group’s first and oldest brand, was founded. It forms the foundation of our company and is still a central part of the Knill Gruppe today.
While we build on a centuries-old history, our brand portfolio is continuously growing and shaping our future. The latest addition is EBG electro, which was integrated into the Group in 2024 – a further step towards expanding our expertise and opening up new markets.
