Further acquisition for Rosedahl Nextrom: TBS Engineering
Rosendahl Nextrom is acquiring the world market leader for battery equipment from the Marmon Group and is strategically further expanding its battery business.
For Rosendahl Nextrom, this acquisition is the largest in the company’s history to date. The British company TBS strengthens the battery business segment. Together with the BM‑Rosendahl brand, which already holds a strong position in the global battery market, Rosendahl Nextrom will thus become the global market leader for battery manufacturing solutions.
